You can pick and choose which pages you'd like, instead of the whole packet!
I invite you to print those pages out, brew yourself a hot cup of tea and grab some colored pencils or crayons (whatever your heart desires) and turn your mind off for a little while.
Coloring can be meditative and here are some tips on how to “ground yourself” during times of great anxiety. *Focus on how the pencils feel as they sratch the surface of the page or the sound that it makes. Be present and breathe. If your mind wanders, acknowledge it with a grateful heart, then return your focus on your present task. Focus on one of your senses; sight, touch, smell or hearing or even your breathing as you color.
